User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. When you upload an image or document for processing (for example, text recognition), you grant us a limited license to process that content solely as necessary to provide the service you requested. We do not use, modify, or distribute your uploaded content for any other purpose, and it is discarded once the task is complete.

Payments, Subscriptions and Credits

Some features of our services require a paid plan or credits. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page of your account, and cancellation stops future charges.

Credits grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the corresponding features of our services. Credits are valid for 30 days after they are granted, have no cash value, and are not transferable. When a cloud recognition fails, the credit consumed for it is automatically returned.

Payments are handled by our payment services provider. The price and billing terms are shown at checkout before you complete a purchase.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us at support@pictotxt.com. We review refund requests fairly and aim to respond promptly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancelling stops future charges.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Use our services to process, generate, or distribute any sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult material (NSFW), including nudity or sexual content of any kind
• Upload or process any content that sexualizes or exploits minors, or that is otherwise illegal
• Upload or process private images or personal data of any person without their consent or another valid legal basis

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
